With more than 27 years as an entrepreneur Craig has founded and operated in many different aspects of business. These include the acquisition and sales leases in commercial property located in London’s West End.

Over the span of his career Craig has been in charge of a variety of full refurbishment projects located in the most prestigious areas of Central London, including Belgravia and Bloomsbury.

Craig has also trained and mentored teams across the UK, taking a great deal of pride in having helped individuals develop and exceed their expectations.
As a dedicated and very driven entrepreneur, Craig has proven his ability to visualize and identify grand projects. His track record shows that he can deliver them on time and on budget, which is essential for securing investment.

JAS SANGER

Qualified as a Chartered Accountant with a top 20 accounting firm in London, Jas now heads up and run the largest independent recruitment company in Dubai.  In 2017 Jas has hired a Managing Director to take over the day to day running whilst he can concentrate on his passion which is UK property.

Jas purchased his first property in 2001, 1 year after coming out of University and quickly started to acquire as many properties as he could.  He now owns properties in the UK (London), Dubai, Turkey and India and more recently gone into larger commercial development.

As a successful entrepreneur with many successful business startups, Jas now focusses all his attention on building his property portfolio.

DAVID KEMP
Planning Consultant

With over 20 years experience as a planning consultant, comprising experience obtained as a chartered surveyor, Town and Country Planning consultant and as a specialist planning and environmental lawyer, David provides a unique multi-disciplinary approach to Planning Consultancy.
As well as acting for a diverse range of private sector clients, his experience has included acting as a legal adviser to several London planning authorities.
David has advised on several high profile development and regeneration projects as both a planning consultant and as a lawyer, including controversial schemes such as Cross rail and the new UK Supreme Court Building, as well as smaller scale residential and mixed use development.
